SAM PLUMBE

Sam is an actor, writer and creator from Oxfordshire. He trained at Plymouth Conservatoire on the BA Acting course. 

Sam made his professional stage debut in Sweden with Ontroerend Goed and Gothenburg English Studio Theatre on their production ‘Are we not drawn onward to new erA’ in 2021. 

Sam made his debut as a writer and director in his own short film ‘You Pretentious Bastard’, in which he also acted. ‘You Pretentious Bastard’ has won an award at CKF International Film Festival, was a semi-finalist in the Best of British category at LonelyWolf International film festival, along with being a finalist in five categories at FilmHaus Berlin Film Festival.

Sam is an energetic and physical performer with a passion for movement. These traits have allowed him to work with a variety of companies, Ontroerend Goed, Gothenburg English Studio Theatre, Theatre Royal Plymouth and Down Stage Write.
